Our Story
Italian Food Runs in Our Family
Born and raised in the heart of Bagheria Italy, Gaetano has been passionate about pizza since he was a child. He spent most of his youth in the kitchen, watching his mother and grandmother make pizza from scratch. By the time he was a teenager, he had already mastered the art of kneading dough and creating the perfect tomato sauce.

In 1997, Gaetano decided to move to the United States to pursue his dream of opening his own pizzeria. He started small, working for relatives where he began serving his authentic Italian pizza to locals. Word of mouth quickly spread, and before he knew it, Gaetano had a loyal following of customers who appreciated his dedication to quality and authenticity.
Over the next 25 years, Gaetano worked tirelessly to perfect his craft, always striving for excellence in every aspect of his business. He sourced the freshest ingredients, including flour imported from Italy, and experimented with different techniques to create the perfect crust. His passion and dedication to his craft paid off, and his pizzeria became a staple in the community.

Today, Gaetanos's pizzeria is a hot-spot in the Garfield area, with a loyal customer base and a reputation for serving the best pizza in town. Despite his success, Gaetano remains humble and dedicated to his craft. He can often be found in the kitchen, perfecting his recipes and experimenting with new creations, like a Michelin chef.

Gaetanos dedication to quality and authenticity has earned him numerous accolades and awards throughout his career. He has been featured in local publications and has even been invited to showcase his pizza at food festivals across northern New Jersey. However, for Gaetano, the greatest reward is seeing the smiles on his customers' faces as they enjoy his food.

Gaetano continues to innovate and experiment, always striving to create the perfect dishes. His passion and dedication to his craft serve as an inspiration to aspiring pizzeria owners everywhere, and his legacy will undoubtedly live on for years to come.
